4REGULATIONS FOR WORLD, OLYMPIC AND PARALYMPIC TITLE COMPETITIONSДэлхий, Олимп, Паралимпийн аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээний журам

4.1WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPSДэлхийн аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээн

4.1.1Authority for OrganisationЗохион байгуулах эрх

4.1.2Responsibilities of OrganisersЗохион байгуулагчийн үүрэг

4.1.2.12Organisers shall cover the cost of the TTR implementation, as described inЗохион байгуулагч нь дараах заалтад тайлбарласан TTR системийг нэвтрүүлэх зардлыг хариуцна:

3.2.7. with a vendor approved by the ITTF.3.2.7, ITTF-ээс зөвшөөрсөн нийлүүлэгчээр гүйцэтгүүлнэ.

4.1.3EligibilityОролцох эрх

4.1.3.2In addition to provisions of 3.8, players who have acquired a new nationality and wish to represent the Association corresponding to the new nationality shall register with ITTF through this new Association.3.8-ийн заалтаас гадна, шинэ иргэншил авч, тухайн шинэ иргэншилд харгалзах Холбоог төлөөлөхийг хүссэн тоглогч нь уг шинэ Холбоогоор дамжуулан ITTF-д бүртгүүлэх ёстой.

4.1.3.6The eligibility regulations apply to all stages of the World Championships, Regional, Continental, Inter-continental and Finals.Оролцох эрхийн журам нь Дэлхийн аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээний бүх шатад — Бүс нутгийн, Тивийн, Тив хоорондын болон Финалын шатад — хамаарна.

4.1.4Entry Fees and LevyБүртгэлийн хураамж ба татвар

4.1.4.1The entry fees shall be US$100 for each entry in a team event, US$50 for each pair in a doubles event and US$25 for each entry in a singles event.Бүртгэлийн хураамж нь багийн төрөлд бүртгэл тутамд 100 ам.доллар (US$100), хосын төрөлд хос тутамд 50 ам.доллар (US$50), ганцаарчилсан төрөлд бүртгэл тутамд 25 ам.доллар (US$25) байна.

4.1.5Submission of EntriesБүртгэл илгээх

4.1.6Modification of EntriesБүртгэлийн өөрчлөлт

4.1.6.1Modified entries shall be accepted, if notified by a representative of the nominating Association, at any time up to the day before the first official draw at World Championships (for individual events).Нэр дэвшүүлсэн Холбооны төлөөлөгч мэдэгдсэн бол өөрчилсөн бүртгэлийг Дэлхийн аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээний анхны албан ёсны сугалааны өмнөх өдөр хүртэл хэзээ ч хүлээн авна (хувийн төрлүүдэд).

4.1.8JuryЖюри

4.2.2Responsibilities of OrganisersЗохион байгуулагчийн үүрэг

4.2.3EligibilityОролцох эрх

4.2.7.2In individual events all entrants are accepted as individual competitors; they shall be bound to do their utmost to win the events for which they are entered, irrespective of whether other entrants from the same Association have been accepted to take part, and they shall not withdraw except for reasons of illness or injury.Ганцаарчилсан төрлүүдэд бүх оролцогчийг хувь хүн оролцогч гэж хүлээн авна. 4.2.8JuryЖюри

4.2.9EventsТөрлүүд

4.3.9Table Tennis ReviewTable Tennis Review (TTR — видео хяналт)

4.4.9Table Tennis ReviewTable Tennis Review (TTR — видео хяналт)

4.7.5Submission of EntriesБүртгэл ирүүлэх

4.7.5.1The closing date/s for entries shall be decided by the Organisers and approved by the Para TT Committee but shall not be later than 2 calendar months before the start of the Para TT Championships.Бүртгэлийн эцсийн хугацаа(нуудыг) зохион байгуулагчид шийдэж, Пара ТТ хороо батална. 4.7.7Entry ObligationsБүртгэлийн үүрэг

4.7.7.1The entry form shall contain statements committing team members to the ITTF Anti-Doping Rules, the ITTF Classification Code, to be signed by a responsible representative of the nominating Association and all players and officials, that they understand and accept the conditions of the Para TT Championships and that they are prepared to compete against all other teams and individuals participating; no entry shall be valid unless accompanied by this declaration.Бүртгэлийн маягт нь багийн гишүүдийг ITTF-ийн Допингийн эсрэг дүрэм, ITTF-ийн Ангиллын кодыг (Classification Code) мөрдөхийг үүрэг болгосон мэдэгдлийг агуулна. 4.7.7.2In individual events all entrants are accepted as individual competitors; they shall be bound to do their utmost to win the events for which they are entered, irrespective of whether other entrants from the same Association have been accepted to take part, and they shall not withdraw except for reasons of illness or injury.Ганцаарчилсан төрлүүдэд бүх оролцогчийг бие даасан тамирчин гэж хүлээн авна. 4.7.8JuryЖюри (Jury)

4.7.8.4The Jury shall meet before the start of the Championships to be informed of all draw alterations up to that time and the Jury shall meet again to consider appeals against administrative and classification decisions or decisions of the referee.Жюри аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээн эхлэхээс өмнө хуралдаж, тэр хүртэл сугалаанд (draw) орсон бүх өөрчлөлтийн талаар мэдээлэл авна. 4.7.9EventsТөрлүүд

4.7.11Awards and PresentationsШагнал ба шагнал гардуулах ёслол

4.7.11.1In both team and individual events, the winners shall receive gold medals, the losing finalists silver medals and the winners of the bronze medal play- off bronze medals.Багийн болон ганцаарчилсан аль ч төрөлд ялагчид алтан медаль, финалд ялагдсан тал мөнгөн медаль, хүрэл медалийн төлөөх тоглолтын (play-off) ялагчид хүрэл медаль авна.

4.7.12Commercial RightsАрилжааны эрх

4.8.1.1. 4.8.1.6If, after an option has been granted, circumstances change in such a way as to be likely to prejudice the satisfactory conduct of the Championships, the option may be revoked by a majority vote at a ITTF Council meeting prior to the Championships; between ITTF Council meetings the Executive Board shall have power to transfer the Championships or to take any other appropriate action.Эрх олгосны дараа нөхцөл байдал өөрчлөгдөж, аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээнийг хэвийн явуулахад сөргөөр нөлөөлөх магадлалтай болбол тэмцээн эхлэхээс өмнө ITTF-ийн Зөвлөлийн хурлаар олонхийн саналаар уг эрхийг цуцалж болно. 4.8.2Responsibilities of OrganisersЗохион байгуулагчдын үүрэг хариуцлага

4.8.2.1An Association granted the right to organise the Championships, hereafter referred to as the "organisers" shall be responsible for conducting them in accordance with the Laws of Table Tennis, the Regulations for International Competitions and the Regulations for World Title Competitions, as modified or supplemented by any directives authorised by the ITTF Council.Аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээнийг зохион байгуулах эрх авсан Холбоо — цаашид «зохион байгуулагчид» гэж нэрлэнэ — тэмцээнийг Ширээний теннисний хууль (Laws of Table Tennis), Олон улсын тэмцээний журам (Regulations for International Competitions) болон Дэлхийн аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээний журмын (Regulations for World Title Competitions) дагуу, ITTF-ийн Зөвлөлийн баталсан аливаа удирдамжаар өөрчлөгдсөн эсвэл нэмэгдсэн байдлаар явуулах үүрэгтэй.

4.8.2.2Expenses for two inspection visits – usually within 6 months after the presentations and again within 6 months before the start of the event – by two (2) ITTF Competition Department members (altogether travel expenses and hospitality costs for four persons) are to be met by the organisers.ITTF-ийн Тэмцээний хэлтсийн хоёр (2) ажилтны хоёр удаагийн шалгалтын айлчлалын зардлыг (нийт дөрвөн хүний замын зардал болон хүлээн авч үйлчлэх зардал) зохион байгуулагчид хариуцна. 4.8.2.3.4all members of the ITTF Executive Board and the ITTF Masters Committee Chair;ITTF-ийн Гүйцэтгэх зөвлөлийн бүх гишүүд болон ITTF-ийн Мастерсын хорооны дарга;

4.8.3EligibilityОролцох эрх (Eligibility)

4.8.5QualificationШалгаруулалт

4.8.6Entry ObligationsБүртгэлийн үүрэг

4.8.7JuryЖюри (Jury)

4.8.7.1The Jury shall consist of 3 representatives: the chair of the ITTF Masters Committee, as chair of the Jury, a representative of the Organising Committee and a representative of the ITTF Competition Department.Жюри 3 төлөөлөгчөөс бүрдэнэ: Жюригийн даргаар ажиллах ITTF-ийн Мастерсын хорооны дарга, Зохион байгуулах хорооны нэг төлөөлөгч, ITTF-ийн Тэмцээний хэлтсийн нэг төлөөлөгч.

4.8.8EventsТөрлүүд

4.8.8.1The Championships shall include at least men’s and women’s singles and men’s and women’s doubles events.Аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээнд дор хаяж эрэгтэй, эмэгтэй ганцаарчилсан (singles), эрэгтэй, эмэгтэй хосын (doubles) төрлүүд (events) багтана.

4.8.10Doping ControlДопингийн хяналт

4.8.10.1Doping control shall be carried out in accordance with ITTF Anti-Doping rules (Chapter 5).Допингийн хяналтыг ITTF-ийн Допингийн эсрэг дүрмийн (5-р бүлэг) дагуу явуулна.

4.8.11Awards and PresentationsШагнал ба шагнал гардуулах ёслол

4.8.11.1In all the events the winners shall receive gold medals, the losing finalists silver medals and the losers of the semi-finals bronze medals.Бүх төрөлд ялагчид алтан медаль, финалд ялагдсан тал мөнгөн медаль, хагас шигшээд ялагдсан талууд хүрэл медаль авна.

4.8.12Commercial RightsАрилжааны эрх

4.8.12.1The ITTF exclusively owns and controls all commercial rights in and to the Championships.Аварга шалгаруулах тэмцээнтэй холбоотой бүх арилжааны эрхийг зөвхөн ITTF дангаараа эзэмшиж, хянана.
