3.1SCOPE OF LAWS AND REGULATIONSДүрэм болон журмын хамрах хүрээ
3.1.1Types of CompetitionТэмцээний төрлүүд

3.2EQUIPMENT AND PLAYING CONDITIONSТоног төхөөрөмж ба тоглох нөхцөл

3.2.1.2The entry form or prospectus for an open tournament shall specify the brands and colours of table, net assembly, flooring and ball to be used; the choice of table, net assembly and ball shall be as laid down by the ITTF or by the Association in whose territory the competition is held, selected from brands and types currently approved by the ITTF; for selected ITTF sanctioned tournaments, the flooring shall be of a brand and type currently approved by ITTF.Нээлттэй тэмцээний бүртгэлийн маягт эсвэл удирдамжид (prospectus) ашиглах ширээ, торны иж бүрдэл (net assembly), шалны хучилт, бөмбөгний брэнд, өнгийг заавал заана. 3.2.1.3Any ordinary pimpled rubber or sandwich rubber covering the racket shall be currently authorised by the ITTF and shall be attached to the blade so that the ITTF logo, the ITTF number (when present), the supplier and brand names are clearly visible nearest the handle.Цохиурыг (racket) бүрхэх ердийн батгатай резин (pimpled rubber) эсвэл сэндвич резин (sandwich rubber) нь ITTF-ээс одоо зөвшөөрөгдсөн байх ёстой. 3.2.3Playing ConditionsТоглох нөхцөл

3.2.3.3The playing area shall be enclosed by surrounds, which shall be a minimum of 50cm and a maximum of 100 cm in height, all of the same dark background colour, but corners may be left open.Тоглолтын талбайг хашлагаар хүрээлнэ. 3.8.8A player or his or her Association shall, if so requested by the referee, provide documentary evidence of his or her eligibility and his or her passport.Ерөнхий шүүгч (referee) шаардвал тоглогч эсвэл түүний Холбоо түүний оролцох эрхийг (eligibility) нотлох баримт бичиг болон паспортыг нь гаргаж өгнө.
